Description of sanqi root extract

Panax notoginseng (also known as sanqi) is originally a Chinese medicinal herb, used in food to treat certain conditions. Its root extract can also be used in various skin care products such as serums, masks, creams and gels. These products have been extensively tested by dermatologists and herbalists in China and have been shown to help soothe and hydrate the skin.


In recent years, more studies involving Asian women with sensitive skin have been conducted to test the effectiveness of skin care formulas containing ginsenoside C-K. The results have shown significant soothing and hydrating effects.
